27th Annual Senior Fitness Walk
The 27th Annual Senior Fitness Walk is a free event open to all Monroe County residents 55yrs or older. This event is held at the Stroudsburg High School track, after the walk the participants will return to the Y for refreshments and door prizes.

The 27th Annual Senior Fitness Walk is a free event to all adults over 55years or older. the walk will be held on May 14, 2025, at the Stroudsburg High School track, registration begins at the school at 9:00a.m. and the walk starts at 10:00a.m. After the walk, the participants will return to the Y gym for refreshments and door prizes.
