Krav Maga is the self-defense program designed in Israel for people of most abilities to learn to defend yourself and your family.

10 Week Program from start date on Tuesdays at 6:30PM. $75 for Members $100 for Non-Members. Learn to Defend against single or multiple attackers, gun, knife, and stick attacks. Pre-requisites most be mobile, usage of Left & Right Extremities, and some previous martial arts or instructional combat training.
