28th Annual Senior Fitness Walk
On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, we will be hosting our 28th Annual Senior Fitness Walk. This is a free event open to all Monroe County older adults 55years or older . The walk will be held at the Stroudsburg High School track. Registrations will start on April 1, 2026 at the YMCA. The day of the event registrations will be held at the Stroudsburg High school track starting at 9:00a.m., the walk will begin at 10:00a.m. After the walk participants will return to the Y for refreshments and door prizes. Participants must complete a registration. Any questions see Debbie Lang.
